I have never done foundation quilting but that pattern is enough to make me look at Craftsy for a course. I love every little bit of it, I have a long weekend of sewing lined up with three U F O's to complete and then I am able to start something new.
Oh, I love it!!! I'd say start it now but you're probably best finishing the quilting first - that way you can think about your new project while you're stitching and plan all the fabric placements, etc!

ReplyDeleteIt's a really fun pattern. Go for it! I made one when it was a block of the month, but I reduced my blocks to 3". I prefer little paper piecing.
